Cheese heaven
We would like you to discover many local French cheeses during your stay on the Canal du Midi (yes yes, even blue cheese). We like to serve our cheeseplatters with bread, fruits, nuts, jam and wine -of course.

To end up a perfect gourmet evening meal on board your luxury hotel barge you will be able to discover the talent of your private chef creating the most amazing desserts just for you !
Wines
We are proud and lucky enough to have a real wine cellar where we keep our wines all year around . They ‘ve been selected by our team to reflect the passion our local vintners have for the region and excellence . So most of our selection is from our region but not only . We of course do have Burgundy , Bordeaux , and some excellent wines from the Rhone valley to offer a perfect blend with our chef creations and to please all our guests.
